one. be impeccable with your word
say what you mean and mean what you say.
two. don’t take anything personally
their view is not yours, sweat only your own perception.
three. don’t make assumptions
truly hear what others say and be truthfully clear with your own words.
four. always do your best
do what you can and focus not on the outcome but the intent.
